Below we pulled the top 1000 returning girls over 5000m from the 2024 cross country season and pulled their data on what the did in the 3200m, 1600m and 800m during the outdoor track & field season in 2025.  This will only pull seasons best from both seasons, not personal best in any of the events.   Scrolling through you'll find some athletes that have taken a big leap forward on the track since competing in the fall cross country season.
