#15 Marshall Williamson
Williamson's excellent 3200 performance last fall did not go unnoticed and he should be in for a huge senior season. Williamson took 7th at the 4A State Championship last spring in the 3200 running 9:27. One year prior he held a PR of 10:14. Williamson has been strong in XC since his freshman year with state meet finishes of 86th, 40th and 32nd. He holds a PR of 16:18, though doesn't run too many fast courses other than McAlpine. Williamson also ran 2:00 and 4:29 this outdoor season. I think Williamson might not be throwing down blazing fast times, but I expect him to contend for the 4A West individual title and finish in the top 10 at the state meet this November.
