The below shows the biggest year to year improvers from last Friday's Friday Night Lights XC Festival at Ivey Redmon.  Athletes had to compete in the high school 5000m in both years to show on the below lists. Reagan Self of Lake Norman had the biggest improvement on the girls side dropping her time from 28:32 to 22:15!
