Jenna Reiter had a phenomenal freshman year running with recent West Carteret star Emme Fisher. With Fisher gradutation Reiter looks to follow in her and Blake Dodge's footsteps as an a distance star for West Carteret. Reiter dropped a 85 second PR at the conference meet last fall of 18:40, and the following week ran 18:29 at the regional. Reiter took 3rd in the 3A XC State Championships last fall behind teammate Fisher and Sarah LaTour. Despite being injured at the end of the indoor season Reiter came back strong on the track running 5:17 and 11:32 taking 6th in the 1600 and 3rd in the 3200 at the NCHSAA 3A State Championships. Reiter returns with a ton of experience this fall and could take another step further after a stellar freshman year.
