#13 Alessandra Rodriguez
Alessandra Rodriguez will be a rising junior this season and after a big freshman year running 18:45 only ran 19:07 as a sophomore. Though she regressed slightly a lot of the times on the girls side were a little slower in 2016 than 2015 and she improved on her state meet finish taking 15th overall, and 19:07 is still pretty quick. Rodriguez took some time off during the indoor season, but came back to the track in fantastic shape running 5:04 for the full Mile in her first race back. She won the Mideast Region in both the 800 and 1600 and took 4th and 13th in the events at the state championships. Similar Bechtel before Rodriguez is better on the track, but her natural talent will prevail and she should be one of the top girls in 4A this season looking to takeover as a leader for Green Hope.
