Sarah LaTour has proven to me that she is going to be the toughest girl to beat this fall. Last year she grew a ton in XC taking 2nd in 3A, but on the track she was a whole new beast. LaTour won the indoor 1000, took 2nd in the 1600 and 3200, then outdoors swept the 1600 and 3200 in dominating performances. LaTour is a great racer, and I think her finishing speed is unmatched by NC competition. LaTour has only run 18:42 in XC, but after running 4:59 and 10:55 on the track last fall on the track it shows that she's capable of much more.
