Ickes showed a lot more consistency for Forsyth Country Day School last fall setting a PR of 18:58 improving from 19:21. Ickes also took 2nd at the NCISAA 3A XC State Championships last fall and will be the top returner coming into this season. Ickes didn't have her best track season after running 5:21 not breaking her PR of 5:18 and took 9th in the 1600 and 6th in the 3200 running a seasons best of 11:44. This will be Ickes 6th season on FCDS' varsity squad. Can she end her career with a state championship?
