North Carolina Indoor Track State Championships Team Merge

We scored all 8 NCHSAA and NCISAA Indoor State Championship performances as if they were a single meet to see what the combined team scores would look like.  There would certainly be different team strategies and decisions for scoring purposes than what was done in 8 different classes, but gives us an interesting format of what a meet of champions would look like.  We scored with the traditional 8 scorers per event, but also scored with 16 athletes per event scoring 16 points down to 1 to give some more depth to the team scores on pages 4 and 5.
