Weber is the defending NCHSAA 3A Mideast Regional cross country champion where she led Chapel Hill to a team victory. She was 5th at the NCHSAA 3A state meet, earning an all-state selection. She helped Chapel Hill finish 4th as a team. Her personal best of 18:02 is returning NC No. 4.
Weber ran 11:16 over 3200m during track season, but she only race the event twice. She won the 1600m at the NCHSAA 3A Mideast Regional, and was 7th at the state meet. Her 1600m personal best of 5:08 came at the NCRunners Twilight.
Weber is a very experienced runner. She placed 11th at the NCHSAA XC state meet as a sophomore, and has ran multiple events during indoor and outdoor state meets over her career.
With a great summer of training, Weber is looking to dip under 18:00 and challenge for a NCHSAA 4A cross country state title, (Chapel Hill moved up from 3A to 4A).
