Killian Fahy finished the 2021 outdoor season with personal bests of 52.00 in the 400m, and 22.42 in the 200m. Now, Fahy has bests of 47.23 and 21.82. He won the 2022 NCHSAA 4A 400m state title and was apart of state championship relays. He was runner-up in the indoor 300m. He also anchored home the Cavaliers' mixed 4x400m national title.
