We have loads of talent in North Carolina coming back in 2021, but only ten could make the top 10 list. It would not surprise me if any of the honorable mentions, on either the boys' and girls' side, finish the season top five in the state, or even walk away with a state title. After tons of flipping and flopping, especially on the girls' side (even while writing the article I was still rearranging the girls' individual list), I think I compiled my final pre-season top 10 countdown for individuals and teams.
