Final Instructions:
Athletes & Coaches:
- This is an off-season event, and is not sanctioned by the NCHSAA or NCISAA. Therefore:
- We advise athletes NOT to wear school uniforms
- We advise coaches NOT to travel with or transport athletes to the event.
- Athletes and coaches are responsible for meeting the off-season requirements of their sanctioning body.
- This is an OPEN event, with mixed age groups racing together.
- In some cases, there may be mixed genders racing at the same time.
- The fast sections of both miles will have pacers. The girls' 3200 also has a pacer.
- All athletes will be listed as "unattached" in results.
- Athletes receive a wrist band at the attendance gate. Identify yourself as an athlete there.
- Coaches must pay admission, as they are considered spectators at an off-season meet.
- There is no packet to pick up.
- Athletes in running events should report to clerking (on the track level past the finish line) when called for their events.
- Athletes in field events can report directly to their event. Field events will begin promptly at 5:00.
- High jump: opening height 4' 4", athletes enter when they choose.
- Long jump: open pit, up to 4 jumps per athlete, boys and girls together.
- Triple jump: follows long jump, oopen pit, up to 4 jumps per athlete, boys and girls together
- We will have a certified trainer on-site if needed.
- Event winners will receive complimentary NCRunners Elite racing singlets
- A small number of singlets will also be on sale at the admission gate.
- Results will be posted live to MileSplit event by event.

- Heat sheets will be posted on Saturday morning.
Spectators:
- Tickets can be purchased online at any time at this link:

- Concession stands will be open (staffed by Perkins Catering)
- Concourse bathrooms will be open
- A small number of NCRunners Elite racing singlets will be available for sale at the admission gate.
