The class of 2024 has some heavy goals for next year.

Knightdale's boys, in three different uniforms, began their drive toward the outdoor state meet by displaying their 400-meter depth.

With a fourth consecutive team title on the line, Marquavious Johnson and his Knightdale teammates will have to bring their best.

Nearly all of the state's best will be on display in Winston-Salem this weekend, starting Friday night.

Just in time for the state meet, power ratings are back!

3200 state leader Sara Platek (Ragsdale) faces stacked fields in that race and the 1600.

Charminique Hackney (Cary) continues her meteoric rise, reaching all the way to the national lead in the 55 Dash.

Some of NC's top distance runners, including William Roberson and Patrick Sheehan, will kick off their indoor season at UNC.

When Kimani Hoffman and his Knightdale teammates all get on the track at the same time, it will be a sight to behold.

Raven Saunders (Burke HS, SC) stole the show from the Invitational Events and wrote herself into the indoor all-time national rankings.

Bishop Loughlin Games at the Armory in New York, NCRunners Elite Invite in Winston-Salem (NC), Winter Break Invite at the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton (VA), & =PR= Holiday Invite at the PG Complex in Landover (MD) headline the first big weekend of the indoor season.

With a third straight title, Knightdale enters the pantheon of the best boys' teams in state history.

The 4x800 takes center stage for both boys and girls on Saturday, with Cary and Knightdale right in the middle of it.

In a fitting end to a great weekend of competition, the Invitational Mile produced a pair of national leading times.
