Meet Schedule:
3A Mid-East Morning Session
1A Mid-East Afternoon Session
Teams can walk the course on Friday 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday
Morning from 8AM - 9AM, or Saturday 12PM - 1PM for the afternoon session.
Facility Opens at 8:00 a.m.
Morning Session - 3A Mid-East
Coaches Meeting at 9:15 a.m. (near the finish line)
Men's Race- 10:00 a.m.
Women's Race- 11:00 a.m.
Awards Ceremony- 12:00 p.m. (near the finish line)
Men NEED to be on the starting line by 9:45 a.m.
Women NEED to be on the starting line by 10:45 a.m.
Afternoon Session - 1A Mid-East
Coaches Meeting at 12:45 p.m. (near the finish line)
Men's Race- 1:30 p.m.
Women's Race- 2:30 p.m.
Awards Ceremony- 3:15 p.m. (near the finish line)
Men NEED to be on the starting line by 1:15 p.m
Women NEED to be on the starting line by 2:15 p.m

Course Markings: The entire course is a trail with grass. The
course is clearly cut to define the trail and marked with white arrows.
Parking/Details:
The event will be held at V.E. & Lydia Owens Park which is
located at 499 Massenburg-Baker Road in Louisburg, NC. There is a small parking
lot next to the parks and recreation office building. Please reserve this
parking area for handicapped and elderly visitors. There is a large parking lot
directly across the street. Please park in that lot which is at the corner of
Massenburg-Baker and Wheless Rd. There will be signs in that parking lot.
The entire course is open, clearly cut out, and marked by signage.
I should be at the finish line by 8:00 AM on Saturday to pass out packets.
There is signage to direct runners through the course. The finish line is
across the street from the starting line. You will see a tent at the finish
line. We will have an ATV leading the runners through the races as well. There
will be a water station at the finish line.
There are small restrooms on the back side of the picnic shelter
next to the parks and rec offices. There will be portable toilets for
additional restroom needs.
There will be plenty of areas for tents to be placed to view
various portions of the race. Tents MUST be staked down.
