Due to Hurricane Florence, the Cross Country course at Northwood is currently not runable. The Mid-east 3A regional has been moved to Wake-Med in Cary. All four Mid-east regionals will be at Wake Med. The schedule will be

The 3A coaches meeting will be at 10:30. Awards will be presented at 1:30. You can view the course online or go to the course when it is open. The course will be closed at 9 am on Sat, Oct 27 in preparation for the first race. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
Registration is due by 9:00 Friday, October 19 You may enter a maximum of 7 boys and 7 girls. However, you may substitute on the day of the meet.
