MEET SCHEDULE
Gates open for early arrival at 8:45am
Coaches report to finishing tent at 9:20am sharp for instructions, and to report scratches and necessary relay changes; no individual additions
Volunteer meeting to review assignments at 9:30am
First Race at 10:00am - rolling schedule thereafter
Field Start at 10:00am - open pit style, events will be open to entered girls/boys from 10am - 1pm; athletes complete events as they are able
ORDER OF RUNNING EVENTS/ESTIMATED SCHEDULE - will follow standard high school order of events (boys first in each event for hurdle setup efficiency). Following is the estimated schedule, though we will following a rolling schedule, so events may occur sooner or later than estimated:

10:15AM - 4x800M Girls
10:30AM - 110Mh Boys (10 Hurdles, 33 inches)
10:40AM - 100Mh Girls (10 Hurdles, 30 inches)
10:50AM - 100M Boys (finals only, no prelims)
11:05AM - 100M Girls (finals only, no prelims)
11:20AM - 4x200M Boys
11:35AM - 4x200M Girls
11:50AM - 1600M Boys
12:10PM - 1600M Girls
12:30PM - 4x100M Boys
12:45PM - 4x100M Girls
1:00PM - 400M Boys
1:15PM - 400M Girls
1:30PM - 300Mh Boys (10 Hurdles, 30 inches)
1:40PM - 300Mh Girls (10 Hurdles, 30 inches)
1:50PM - 800M Boys
2:05PM - 800M Girls
2:20PM - 200M Boys (finals only, no prelims)

FIELD EVENT SCHEDULE - we will use an "open pit" for field events. Each will be open continuously for 3-hours, from 10AM-1PM; athletes complete events between running events
GATE FEES/CONCESSIONS - athletes/coaches admitted free. Spectator gate fee is $5. Concessions will be open throughout the meet
MEET T-SHIRTS - Fine Designs will sell event t-shirts on-site
AWARDS - Team trophies to the Team Champion and Runner-Up, medals to individual and relay champion in each event
