The girls 4x800m looks to be a three team race between Croatan, North Lincoln, and Durham School of the Arts. They all sit between 10:30-10:34.
On the boys' side it is close up front. The top eight seeds are all under 8:40, and include Currituck County, Stuart Cramer, Durham School of the Arts, Central Academy of Technology, Orange, Northwest Cabarrus, Croatan, and Northwood.
The girls 4x200m field only goes five deep, but they are all contenders for the crown! The field includes: West Carteret, Dudley, Croatan, J.H. Rose, and West Henderson.
The boys' field only yields four teams: Dudley, J.H. Rose, Croatan, and West Henderson.
Top seeded West Carteret has a six second advantage over Croatan in the girls 4x400m, but over on the boy's side top seeded Croatan holds a three second advantage over West Carteret.
