Providence Day School's Falon Spearman rewrote the record books with a 41.75 mark in the 300m hurdles at the NCISAA D1 state meet. Spearman got a great start out of the blocks, and did not let up. Her hard work all season has paid off with a sub 42.00 mark.
RANK | TIME | ATHLETE/TEAM | GRADE | MEET DATEPLACE |

1 | 40.42 | 2016 | ||

4 | 41.81 | 2012 | ||
5 | 41.87 | 2019 | ||
6 | 41.91 | 2023 |
This was not her only top ten all time mark of the afternoon. She ran a new personal best in the 100m hurdles of 13.55, good for NC No. 9 all time, and NC Junior Class No. 2 all time! If you only include wind legal times, Spearman shoots up to No. 6 all time in the 100mH. Although the NCISAA season is officially over I'm sure Spearman will be looking for pop-up meets where she can continue to rewrite the record books.
