Consistency is the name of Sean Doyle's game in cross country. He has gone from 6th in the 2A West Regional his sophomore year to 4th last year and 2nd this past season; at the 2A state meet, he has finished 21st, 12th, and 11th the last three seasons. Track is his better sport, though, as Sean is the top 1A/2A returner in the 1000 for indoor season, and the top 2A returner in the 800 outdoors (#2 returner in the state overall). His coaches praise his work ethic and leadership, and he also seems to have a talent for keeping his teammates loose and helping them have fun during the grind of training and under the pressure of competition.
