Indoors ran a 9:14 full 2 Mile. Ran 15:33 at NXRSE and was 6th in 3A last fall. Had an off outdoor season, but has proved his upside.

Holds a 15:10 PR at WakeMed and was 3rd behind Templeton and Gibson at NCISAA 4A. Ran 4:15 and 9:14 outdoors.

Rising junior who got better and better as his sophomore year went on. Was 3A Indoor runner-up barely behind Ferguson and ran 4:12 and 9:06 outdoors.

A wildcard this fall after a big leap forward on the track. Ceiling as high as being in the top 5 if his 4:08 from the track translates to XC, but a 16:22 for now at McAlpine is his best XC mark.

Ran 4:11 1600m as a sophomore, similar to Kiziah and Cresswell in betting on the XC upside. With teammate Christopher Burns having a strong spring the duo should be a factor in these rankings.

Top returners to a Christ School team that could make NXN this season. Ran 4:13 and 9:11 on the track and should improve off his 15:44 5K PR from the get go.

Fastest freshman 3200m ever in NC runner 9:06. Has shown a massive ceiling and should shatter his 16:23 5K PR from McAlpine from the get go.

4th in indoor 3200m after finishing 46th at XC States. Has to prove it in XC, but ran 9:11 and opened with a 15:35 at WakeMed.

16:04 at Ivey Redmon was his best performance from his freshman year. Ran 4:16.5 in the 1600m and was 7th in 4A 1600m. Expecting a breakout in XC this fall leading a strong Cuthbertson team.

Ran 9:08 for 3200m last spring and was 4th last XC season in 3A. 15:48 PR from Ivey Redmon.

15:42 PR and was 33rd in 4A last year. Farmer ran 9:12 for 3200m on the track and looks due for a breakout on the XC course.

7th in NCISAA 4A last fall as a sophomore with best race coming early in the year at adidas in 15:57. Ran 4:15 and 9:25 on the track and should take the jump forward in XC.

Looked at returning 5K rankings from primarily WakeMed, Ivey Redmon and McAlpine as well as projected some improvement based off the 2025 track season.
