This meet will be held annually one week after the NCHSAA state XC meet on the same course.
Qualifying standards: Automatic qualifier: Boys - sub 17:15 5K, Girls - sub 20:45 5K (2010 X-C times only).
Team qualifier: Boys Top 5 average 17:45, Girls Top 5 average 21:30.
The meet is open to all individuals and club or high school teams. We want to create a Championship atmosphere for every classification's top runners to race each other. Awards will be given to the top 3 teams and top 25 individuals for both boys & girls.
Boys race at 3:00pm & Girls at 3:30pm.
Southeast 5k X-C Championships at 2:30pm.

The cost for the meet is $20 per runner with online registration. Add $10 on race day.
Encourage your high school coach to enter your top 10 runners for the team competition.(MUST race as CLUBS not your high school. Coaches, use the team alias in registration.
