Meet Information
ENTRY FEE:$80 Per team 5 or more runners (M/W Combined = $150) or $20 Per individual
Email entries to Heidi Pinkerton at pinkertonha@guilford.edu by Oct. 13th at 12am.
Race packets may be picked up at the starting line on race day between 8:15 and 8:45am. Make checks payable to: Guilford College Cross Country.
RACE TIMES:
9:30am Collegiate/Open Womens 6K
10:15am Collegiate/Open Mens 8K
11:30am North Carolina Cross Country Championships Open 8k
(Men & women will run together)
TEAM SCORING: Each team will be allowed an unlimited number of runners. Team scores will be computed by totaling the top 5 runners finish position. The number 6 and 7 team runners will count as pushers and all other finishers will be displaced.
AWARDS: Awards will be presented to the top 2 teams for both the men and women.
The top 10 individuals from both the mens and womens race will also receive an award and be named to the All-State team.
RACE COURSE: Primarily grass trails with some rolling hills. Racing flats or spikes may be used.
INSPECTION: The course will be available for inspection on Friday 10/15/10 between 3:30 and 6:30pm and Saturday morning 10/16 from 8:00 until 9:15am.
