8:15: Girls Middle School Race (unlimited) 2.0 miles. 8:45: Boys Middle School Race (unlimited) 2.0 miles. 9:30: Girls Varsity Race (7 runners) 5K. 10:15: Boys Varsity Race (7 runners) 5K. 11:00: Girls Sub-varsity Race (unlimited) 5K. 11:45: Boys Sub-varsity Race (unlimited) 5K. Awards: MS 9:30 am, Varsity/Sub-varsity 12:30 pm. Due to the recent growth of the meet, we may have to limit the number of schools accepted to run, so please respond early with an intent to participate to Head Coach Russ Campbell at rcampbell@cannonschool.org. Entry Fees: Boys Team = $50.00 (unlimited entries). Girls Team = $50.00 (unlimited entries). *Maximum entry fee per school is $100.00. *If you are bringing both Varsity and Middle School teams, you need only pay 1 entry fee. Unattached/Individual runners = $7.00. Registration fees can be paid to: Cannon School, 801 Poplar Tent Road, Concord, NC 28027. Attn: Doug Maynard, AD. **All entries must be submitted electronically through athletic.net at www.athletic.net by Tuesday September 7th, 2010. Awards: Varsity Races: Top three (3) teams will receive trophies. Top 15 individuals will receive medals. Subvarsity/Top two (2) teams will receive trophies. Middle School races: Top 10 individuals will receive medals. *We will have a concessions stand open throughout the meet. All proceeds will benefit the Cannon School Cougar Club Fund. *The course has a good mixture of open field and trail running, with some asphalt sections, and a couple of good hills.
