SPECTATOR ADMISSION
We are using Ticket Sign Up this year for mobile ticketing that you can buy ahead of Saturday. We will scan your ticket as you enter the venue.

PARKING
You can park at Weddington High School, Weddington Middle School or Weddington Elementary. All are surrounding the track and have different entrances. The high school has the most parking. Gates will be open from the high school and middle school, which is next to the elementary school.
NEW FOR 2024
Elite 3200m Heat Sponsored by PR Running Camp
We will accept the top 16 entries for a single 3200m heat. We will update the entry standard as registration goes on to reflect what the cutoff just beyond 16 runners would to have some on a waitlist. Athletes that just miss the 3200m cut-off will be able to be added to the Mile or 800m.
Field Events
We have USATF officials set to run each field event for 2024. We will have prelim flights followed by finals in the throws and horizontal jumps.

The event is open to all athletes of all abilities. Our goal is for the event to range from athletes looking to chase state-leading marks, to JV athletes looking to close the season with a PR against a field full of athletes with similar abilities.

Awards
We will have an awards bag for the top 3 in each overall race provided by our sponsors, New Balance, Fleet Feet, and COROS!
Registration
We will seed using the MileSplit Database using 2024 Season Best from Indoor or Outdoor Track. Athletes' season-best and personal best in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m will be considered when seeding heats.
Registration will open on January 8th, 2024 and will close on Sunday, April 14th at 10 PM. While registration will close we will update seeds on Sunday night once that week's results are in the database so updated seasons best are included in the seeding. Please email in any scratches after registration closes so we can accurately build heats and meet schedule.

We will provide personalized bibs for all athletes competing in the event.
Entry Fees
Entry fees are $15/athlete for High School athlete and $10 for Middle School athlete per event. All entry fees must be paid when you enter the meet through MileSplit. You will need a credit card to finish your entries.
Team Max Entry Fees
High School $300
Middle School $150
Middle School and High School fees will be accounted for separately. So a full middle and high school team entering above the max of athletes would exceed $300 and be capped at $450. Boys and girls would be under the same team, so $300 for the combined program

Field Events - Only 40 per event accepted due to daylight/time

Elite Races will be at the end of the event, approximate start times below. These will just be the fastest heat of each event.

Timing
The event will be FAT timed by Trojan Timing and will have live results on MileSplit.Live. We will have scoreboards at the finish line and 200m mark as well as FAT 1600m and Mile results and 400m splits.
