9:00 AM Boys Invitational 5K (top 10 runners per school)
9:30 AM Girls' Invitational 5K (top 10 runners per school)
10:00 AM Boys' Championship 5K (top 10 runners per school)
10:30 AM Girls' Championship 5K (top 10 runners per school)
11:00 AM Boys' Frosh/Soph 5K (10 runners per school)
11:30 AM Girls Frosh/Soph 5K (10 runners per school)
12:00 PM Boys' & Girls Open 5K (unlimited entries)
12:40 PM Middle School Boys (2 miles)
1:10 PM Middle School Girls (2 miles)
Entry Fees
- Make checks payable to NCRunners LLC (you can also pay online at the end of registration)
- Address to mail checks: 343 Woodtree Ln, Winston Salem, NC 27107
- $130 for full HS team (unlimited entries for both genders, varsity, frosh-soph, JV)
- $70 for single gender HS team (unlimited entries, varsity, frosh-soph, JV)
- $70 for Frosh-Soph races only (both genders, up to 10 athletes each)
- $50 for single gender Frosh-Soph race (up to 10 athletes)
- $50 for full MS team (unlimited entries for both genders)
- $30 for single gender MS team (unlimited entries)
- $15 for individual (unattached) athletes
