Tentative Schedule:

9:00 AM Boys Invitational 5K (top 10 runners per school)

9:30 AM Girls' Invitational 5K (top 10 runners per school)

10:00 AM Boys' Championship 5K (top 10 runners per school)

10:30 AM Girls' Championship 5K (top 10 runners per school)

11:00 AM Boys' Frosh/Soph 5K (10 runners per school)

11:30 AM Girls Frosh/Soph 5K (10 runners per school)

12:00 PM Team Awards - (Invite, Champ, & Frosh/Soph) 1

2:00 PM Boys' & Girls Open 5K (unlimited entries)

12:40 PM Middle School Boys (2 miles)

1:10 PM Middle School Girls (2 miles)

Entries: Entries will be through MileSplit.

Entries CLOSE Tuesday, Oct. 9th at 11:59PM

The varsity races are separate races for teams running their top 10 runners. Teams may not compete in both of those races. If the number of teams entering is large enough, a third Varsity division will be added, and the schedule will be adjusted accordingly. Meet director reserves the right to assign teams to the appropriate level of race. Contact Robert Youtz at youtzr@gmail.com to request a particular race.

Entry Fees: Full entries in all races (Varsity, Frosh/Soph, Open) for both genders: $120

Full entries in all races (Varsity, Frosh/Soph, Open) for one gender: $70

Frosh/Soph races only, both genders: $70

Frosh/Soph race only, one gender: $40

Middle School only, both genders: $50

Middle School only, one gender: $30

Individuals: $10

NOTE: since all races are drawn from one athlete pool, the entry system will not price the Frosh/Soph Only option separately. Contact ncmilesplit@gmail.com if you need to confirm pricing or get an updated invoice for bookkeeping.

Awards: Varsity races: top 10 individuals receive medals

Frosh/Soph: top 21 individuals

JV: top 10 individuals

Middle School: Top 10 individuals

Team awards: Top 2 teams in varsity races (Invitational, Championship) and top 3 teams in Frosh/Soph.

T-shirts will be sold on site.

Kona Ice and Chick Fil A will be on site to provide food and refreshments.
