16th Annual New Balance Dash for Doobie
One of the premier high school events for athletes looking for a fast post XC season PR, Indoor State and National qualifying opportunity, or tune up for XC National events. Join us for one the the fastest, deepest and largest 3200 fields in the United States!
The New Balance Dash for Doobie is a charity fundraiser for a scholarship that celebrates the life of former Reagan runner Nick "Doobie" Doub, who was killed in a single car accident in January of 2011. Yearly scholarships are awarded to two Reagan students and two Dash for Doobie participants who have successfully overcome great obstacles in their life. The entry fees for the Dash for Doobie are the primary means of financial support for these scholarships.
**Nicholas Doub Memorial Scholarship Application**
We will award 1 senior boy 3200 participant and 1 senior girl 3200 participant a one time $500 scholarship. Applicants must plan on enrolling in post-secondary schooling. Please click the link below and submit your completed application electronically by the scholarship deadline.

The New Balance Dash for Doobie is open to runners in high school grades 9-12. No middle school athletes may participate.

Registration Opens October 29th and will close November 12th. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Entry Fee: $20.00 per 3200 entrant
Payment Link -each registered participant needs to pay online prior to the race. Save the email containing your paid ticket to show day of meet. Spectators are no charge.
No payments accepted day of race. No refunds. This is a charity event and the entry fee is considered a donation to the scholarship funds.
A limited amount of New Balance Dash for Doobie T-Shirts will be on sale race day $15 cash or card.

3200m Heat Assignments - Will be posted Nov. 15th.
3200 entries will be seeded and posted here in a performance list on the evening of Nov. 15th. The 3200s will run on time for travel purposes starting with the slower heats in the afternoon and finishing with the Elite Boys (7:15 pm) and Elite Girls (7:30 pm).
1/4" pyramid spikes allowed
There is no cost for spectators.
No athletes, coaches, or spectators will be allowed on the infield.
No pets are allowed in the stadium facility.
