Race 3200m on a fast Mondo Super-X surface at the same time of day as the upcoming Eastbay South and Nike Southeast regional races. Convenient location to Raleigh/Triangle area and Eastern NC.
We will seed the races using 5k Cross Country times from the 2022 season.
Date: Saturday, 11/19
Location: Cary Academy, 1500 N. Harrison Ave, Cary NC
Schedule: races starting at 10:00am with Championship sections at 11:25am and 11:45am. Sections and Final Schedule TBA.
10:00am - Girls Section 1
10:25am - Boys Section 1
10:45am - Girls Section 2

Open Divisions: races open to school teams, club teams, and unattached athletes
Entry Fee: $20 per entrySpike Length Guidelines: 1/4-inch pyramid spikes or shorter only; those with 3/8-inch spikes will not be allowed to compete, so please change out spikes ahead of time.
