Meet Information
Race 3200m on a fast Mondo Super-X surface at the same time of day as the upcoming Eastbay South and Nike Southeast regional races. Convenient location to Raleigh/Triangle area and Eastern NC.
We will seed the races using 5k Cross Country times from the 2022 season. Meet Management reserves the right to seed athletes without 2022 5k times in the most appropriate sections based on past performance.

Location: Cary Academy, 1500 N. Harrison Ave, Cary NC
Schedule: races starting at 10:00am with Championship sections at 11:25am and 11:45am. Sections and Final Schedule TBA.
10:00am - Girls Section 1
10:25am - Boys Section 1
10:45am - Girls Section 2
11:05am - Boys Section 2
11:25am - Championship Girls 3200m
11:45am - Championship Boys 3200m
Additional sections after 12:00pm if needed.

Open Divisions: races open to school teams, club teams, and unattached athletes
Entry Fee: $20 per entry.You may pay by cash or check at the meet. Online payment by PayPal must be in advance.
Spike Length Guidelines: 1/4-inch pyramid spikes or shorter only;those with 3/8-inch spikes will not be allowed to compete, so please change out spikes ahead of time.
Timing: FAT timing by Mitchell Timing
Parking: the main parking lot is off of N. Harrison Ave at the intersection of Cary Parkway. There is also limited parking next to the track, accessed by turning onto Research Drive off of N. Harrison Ave, taking a right onto Charger Ln, and then a left at the T-intersection toward the track.
