The Apex Relays was on Ryen Frazier's calendar in 2015
Except for a few notable exceptions (like the Parkland girls), the Apex Relays is a battle between the Mid-East Region schools to see which are the best across all classifications.
Ryen Frazier has rolled out many fast mile & 1600 times in 2015. This weekend was no different with a US #1 outdoor best of 4:43 in race against another adidas Dream Mile qualifier in Malia Ellington!
Parkland's girls had their way in all the relays except the 800 SMR, where Cary was able to squeak by for the win.
