If you wait until the last minute and have an access problem, we wont be able to help you. Use the system as soon as you get your username and password. Please dont wait until the last minute. It is relatively easy, just try it out!

The top 16 entries will be accepted in each event unless more than 16 athletes meet the qualification standard (in this case, all that meet the standard will qualify). Also, be sure to indicate whether a time was hand-timed. NCRunners will display a check box indicating hand-timing.

The entry deadline on ncrunners is 7:00pm on Saturday, April 27th. Entries after 7:00pm on Saturday, April 27th will be at the discretion of the Meet Director and must be accompanied by a $100.00 fine.

Each school may enter a maximum of three athletes per event and one team per relay event. No athlete may be entered or participate in more than 4 events.

A performance list of qualifiers will be emailed by 5:00pm on Monday, April 29th to all regional coaches. Confirmation calls will be accepted April 30th between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Otherwise, if you have questions or concerns, please feel free to call or email.

Additional Info: Please remember and consider the following notes:
We will take up to 16 athletes per event. If more than 16 meet the regional qualifying standard, we will take all athletes that met the standard in that event.
We will not be allowed to add entries after ncrunners closes. We encourage coaches to enter athletes in the events that theyll be participating in only. Entering an athlete and then scratching prevents us from accepting another athlete.
NCRunners will ask that you convert handtimes. However, you must check the handtime box when entering athletes with handtimes.
We will take 8 to finals out of the prelim races. The top 4 from each heat will qualify for finals if only 2 heats. If 3 heats/ top 2 from each heat plus the next 2 fastest times.
Horizontal jumps and throws: each athlete will be given 3 attempts and the top 9 will advance to the finals and receive 3 more attempts.
We will score 8 places: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
All National Federation rules will be enforced for the Regional and State meets. Coaches, pay particular attention to the uniform rules. Tell athletes to leave jewelry at home.
ONLY inch spikes will be allowed or flats will be allowed on the track.
Implement and vaulter weigh-ins will be between 9:30am and 10:00am.
The coachs meeting and scratch meeting will be held at 10:00am by the clerks tent at the finish line area. Field events will begin at 11:00am, 4x800 at 12:00pm and preliminaries will begin at the conclusion of the 4 x 800 finals (12:45pm). Finals will begin after the conclusion of the prelims. (2:15pm)
There will be a lunch break at the conclusion of the preliminaries for the starters and timers.
There will be a hospitality room available to all workers and coaches. This will NOT be a hang out area.
In addition to awards provided by the state (team awards and medals to top three), we will award plaques to the Most Outstanding Athlete in the Field and Running events for both Men and Women as voted on by the coaches at the conclusion of the meet.

Meet Officials: Coaches will be assigned officiating duties by the meet director. In order for the meet to be run in a timely manner and fairly, coaches should be at their assigned duty.

T-shirts: Provided by the NCHSAA will be for sale at the meet.

Admission: $6.00 for all spectators. Competing athletes and coaches admitted free.
