@dsawyers_5 That is not the procedure at any level of track and field. Times are not adjusted, but the wind is noted. If the wind is greater than +2.0 (a tailwind of 2.0 meters per second), the performance is considered wind-aided. When you look at the rankings, you have the option to exclude wind-aided times.
