Coastal Christian junior Hannah Grace soared to a new personal best in the Pole Vault yesterday competing at Cary Academy with a jump of 14-5! This improves on her North Carolina Outdoor State Record she set a year ago of 13-10 as well as her overall Indoor + Outdoor record that was 14-2 from this indoor season.

Grace's first attempt at a new PB was at 14-3 which she cleared before moving the bar up to 14-5 to notch double personal bests on the day.
Grace's mark is also the top vault in the country so far this outdoor season and is the 12th-best High School Pole Vault All-Time! Indoors she cleared 14-2, the previous North Carolina Indoor & Outdoor Pole Vault state record at the Reno Pole Vault Summit in Nevada.
Only a junior, Grace should continue to ascend the all-time list below over the next two years!
