After a brief hiatus for the contest, it's BACK!
Large numbers of North Carolina athletes competed today at one of two meets. The Footlocker South meet was held at McAlpine Park while the NXN Southeast Regional was held at WakeMed Park.
North Carolina has a strong tradition of sending athletes onto Footlocker Nationals . . . the question is, who will it be this year? Also, can any NC athletes qualify for the NXN National in Portland?

Please send me an email at ben@ncrunners.com so I can begin recreating the coaches database. This database will only be used by me and is a huge help to running a successful website. Thanks so much! (Athletes, encourage your coach to email.)
Even if you are a long time coach and we talk on a regular basis. Please shoot me an email.
Include your name, school, and whether you coach XC, track, or both in the email.
Don't miss out on a chance of a lifetime. A trip to Hawaii & Australia with Down Under Sports will be a trip you will never forget.

North Carolina is well represented at the NCAA DI meet that begins today. Take a look at who will be competing for their respective Universities.
The Myers Park girls are very strong as they cover all the running events. Meanwhile, Butler relies on their field event studs to score their points. Two strong teams, but neither ended up on top at the 4A State Meet. That was won by the 3rd place team in these rankings, Southeast Raleigh. Just shows you, these rankings are simply for fun!
