Dana Wilson's 22.96 200m Dash at Liberty
Greensboro Day senior and University of Tennessee commit Dana Wilson crushed here college competition at the Darius Dixon Invitational held Friday and Saturday at Liberty.
Competing under Nike Elite, Wilson ran 22.96 in the 200m Dash to finish .05 second off Shawnti Jackson's North Carolina Indoor 200m State Record of 22.91 from 2023. The mark is also good for US#4 All-Time Indoors!

She'd also compete in the 60m Dash where she'd run 7.30 to open the day in the prelims followed by a 7.16 in the semi-finals which would tie Shawnti Jackson's 60m State Record as well as tie for a US#2 All-Time Indoor Performance!

Lisa Raye (RI) set the National Record in the 60m Dash last week at 7.13 at the Millrose Games in New York City. This sets up a major clash between Raye and Wilson at Indoor National Championship meets in a few weeks.
