In a season unlike any we have seen before, these superstar athletes have managed to put on great performances. On the boys' side the top three times so far this season all came from Hare & Hounds, led by Murphy Smith (Ardrey Kell). On the girls' side we have four athletes who have already gone under 18:00, with Carmen Alder (Pinecrest) having gone 16:58 leading the way. Her sister Vanessa Alder ran NC #4 17:58 alongside Alder at Carolina Liberty Freedom Invite. The #2 and #3 times belong to Angie Allen (North Lincoln) and Morgan Boonshaft (Providence Day) who dueled at Hare & Hounds.
