Friday Preview:
With the days being split into two we see a lot of the NCISAA teams opening up the meet for us Friday afternoon. Names to keep an eye on Friday are Coastal Christian's Nicholas Scrocco, Michael Cooke, and Forsyth Country Day's Will Scott. On the girl's side Grace Christian's Lily Lauffer looks to dip under 20:00 for the first time in her career. With waved starts we will see the boys' races take of a 6:10 and 6:13 with the girls behind them at 6:16 and 6:19.
