She comes into the 2020 season looking to take the empty thrown atop NCISAA 4A girls. Her teammate, #10 Quinn Shanahan ran her 18:32 personal best at Foot Locker South Regional last season.
The focus is on the defending NCISAA 3A State Champion and rising sophomore Ryann Aycock (Cary Christian). She sits #3 on this list and only :15 seconds behind the Durham Academy great Eliza Dekker. Aycock has a personal best in the 3200m of 10:54 which she ran during her 4th place performance at last year's Dash for Doobie.
