4x200 Meter Relay
Parkland holds the top spot in the shortest relay, and will have a good shot at defending their title. Northern Guilford and Hillside will vie with the Mustangs for the title. The trio of Cleveland, Cuthbertson and North Brunswick all have gotten under 1:48, and will all be competitive for a top three spot.
4x400 Meter Relay
Northern Guilford has thrown down a 4:01.44, which gives them a lot of space over Hillside at 4:04 and a ton of space over Cuthbertson at 4:09. Weddington will be looking for team points here as the fourth seed. Western Guilford is the only other team close to 15 seconds of Northern Guilford to round out the top-5 seeds.
4x800 Meter Relay
Distance powerhouse Chapel Hill has a lot of space over a large cluster of teams vying for second. Cuthbertson, Weddington and Marvin Ridge are about a second apart, and about 15 second behind the leaders in the seeds. Northern Guilford is the only other team with a sub 10 clocking to round out the top 5.
