1
Has been dominant over the last mile getting tons of big wins early on in the season.
2
Has run 17:47 and 17:40 this season, but LaTour has been dominant, so I can't move Tyner above her just yet. Great American is her next big test
3
Hasn't debuted, but should see in next few weeks.
4
1st 19:39.40 @ SAC XC Meet # 3
Went out hard at adidas contending for the win and suffered over the last half. Still think she's the real deal and we'll see that this week at Hagan Stone.
5
11th at Valkyrie last week and hard to judge where she's at without knowing the course. But I expect her to lead Gibbons this season and contend for 4A title
6
Evely has placed 5th at adidas and 2nd at Hare & Hounds with a seasons best of 18:31 certainly deserving a high spot on this list.
7
Parlier is way ahead of where she was at this point last season, and I expect her to only continue to improve as the season goes on.
8
Wright had looked like a star early on this season and proved it by running 18:39 at Adidas.
9
Hill has been a star this year taking 2nd at FNL and 5th at Hare & Hounds last weekend
10
Parrish has taken big steps forward since last season and looks to continue the tradition of Providence having a strong #1 girl.
11
Ickes fell out of the rankings early in the year, but after running 18:36 at Hare & Hounds she jumps back into the rankings
12
Will continue to impress this fall without seeing big competition.
13
1st 19:52.70 @ CPC Meet #2
Struggled at Adidas after a strong first meet at Providence. I expect the times to come around.
14
Similar to Faircloth, seemed to have an off day at Adidas, but she's proved she's still got it with a Jungle Run win. We'll see what she can do versus Alder at Greensboro this week.
15
Finally had the big race she's been looking for at Adidas clocking 18:42. Should continue to progress throughout the year
16
Kincaid had a big breakout at Hare & Hounds taking 5th place in 18:41. A 37 second PR!
17
McDonnell has been consistent this year and has certainly leveled up from last season.
18
Bristle has contender against some strong competition this year and posted many impressive marks.
19
Has been a big leader for Weddington leading the pack at big races
20
Had two "off" races after a strong start. I think after some down time Kilby will revamp and finish the year strong.
21
Peters is continuing to improve each race she runs. Peters is already a 40 seconds faster than 2016 through 3 races.
22
Likely an off race at Valkryie and I'd expect her to bounce back.
23
Vogel has been a strong #1 for Green Hope and will be needed to score low team points for them on the big stages.
24
1st 19:47.06 @ Bo Run
Big win at the Bo Run this weekend as the freshman continues to impress.
25
Whitworth has been strong this year with good performances at FNL and Adidas.
