We haven't heard from Mr. Friday since winning the 100 at Taco Bell - hopefully that means a last hard training cycle before the postseason.

As the 1A and 2A regionals approach, let's take a moment to look at who would be "All State" if the season ended right now.  This involves taking the top 8 performances in the NCRunners database for each event (including hand times) and scoring them like a meet - which means we also get a glimpse at where the team standings are state-wide at this point of the season.
