Tuesday April 28
Coaches Meeting: 2:45 PM Middle of the infield
Field Events: 3:15 PM
SWC Conference throwers will compete Day 1 & GCAC throwers will compete Day 2.
(3 jumps & 3 throws top 9 will go to finals)
Long Jump: (Girls by pole vault, boys behind visitor bleachers)
Triple Jump: following LJ finals on same runways
Discus: (Girls then Boys - Southwestern Conference only)
Shot Put: (Boys then Girls - Southwestern Conference only)
Opening heights:
High Jump: (Boys then Girls)OH: 2 bars below lowest seed
Pole Vault: (Girls then Boys)OH: 2 bars below lowest seed
Implement weigh in and pole inspection will start at 3:30 PM, close at 4:00 PM.
4:00 PM Prelims: First in each heat, plus next 5 fastest times advance

MISCELLANEOUS:
*Entries are due Sunday, 4/26/25 at 9pm. No substitutions or late entries will be allowed, only scratches.
*Tickets can be purchased through the website or at the gate.
*ALL ATHLETES, COACHES, will need to park in our parking lot located near the stadium*ALL BUSES must park in the visitor lot near the baseball field
*Coaches and athletes must use the gate entrance located near the field house
*Spectators must enter through the main gate.
*Tents may only be placed on the away side of the stadium in the bleachers on the top rows. Please make sure they are securely tied down.
*All spectators should use the student parking lot near the stadium.

*Certified athletic trainers will be onsite during the competition. Schools not traveling with a trainer should send supplies, such as tape and pre-wrap, as we will have limited quantities of those supplies.
*All injuries or medical emergencies should be reported to the athletic trainer. The trainer will either be in the training room, or the medical tent.
*Coaches and athletes are not allowed under the timing tent for any reason.
*Coaches are not allowed near the start and finish lines as well as the field event venues unless assisting.
*No headphones, cell phones or other electronic devices are allowed in warm up or competition areas.
*Any protests should be filed with the appropriate referee (running or field) or the meet referee.
*Protests will be judged by the games committee, which will consist of the three head coaches and the meet referee.
*The protest period will be within 15 minutes after the posting of final results.
*ALL ATHLETES MUST CONFORM TO THE NCHSAA UNIFORM RULES.
*Shot Put and Discus are located behind the school opposite of the track
*All field event athletes should check in at their event site no later than 20 minutes prior to the start of their competition.
*No athletes should be in the infield unless they are about to compete or just finished competing; this can result in disqualification.
*Coaches, please have all athletes finishing 1st of their event finals stay on the infield to collect their awards so we do not have to find them at the end of the meet. They deserve their awards.
*Check-In will be located in the middle of the field
*Hip numbers will be worn on the left hip for lane races. All other races will wear numbers on the left hip and left chest.
*Athletes should know the order of events and not depend solely on calls before they check in.
*Please be ready to help out in a field event & relay exchange. This includes you or a member of your staff. All schools must assist in some capacity.
