Mid-South Invitational

March 21, 2026 - Pinecrest High School

Southern Pines, North Carolina

You are invited to compete in the 2026 Mid-South Invitational hosted by Pinecrest High School Track

& Field on March 21, 2026 in Southern Pines, North Carolina. The Mid-South Invitational will serve as

an early season showcase held at Pinecrest High School's excellent track & field facility designed to

provide a high-quality competition environment for athletes, coaches, and spectators.

This meet was previously scheduled as a relay-style format. However, after receiving feedback from

several programs requesting open events, the format has been adjusted to a traditional meet format

with open events. We hope this change allows more athletes the opportunity to compete while still

providing a great competitive environment early in the outdoor season.
