Races for Middle School individuals and teams 4K Any athlete can enter as an individual or with a team. Races start at 1:00 PM with the 4K Middle School Boys Age Groups:
1. Middle School 4,000 Meters 5th to 8th grade Teams are 5 athletes scoring, Get your friends together.
2. 11-12 years old 3,000 meters
3. 9-10 years old 3,000 meters
4. 8 & under 2,000 meters
USATF Age Groups are your age on December 31, 2025 Registration at nc.milesplit.com
