Refreshments - There will be a concession stand available selling snacks and drinks located at the entrance to the team tent area, just down from the start/finish line.

Box Assignments
Box assignments have been chosen based on a random draw.
Parking - There will be a $10 fee for parking. Please follow the directions of the traffic monitors as you enter the Fairgrounds from either road entrance. Thank you in advance.
Packet Pickup/Tent City - At the finish line starting at 9:00am coaches only, please do not send parents or team members to pick up. Team set-up area will be located inside the main venue area near the restrooms, anywhere space is available. We do ask that teams help clean up their area once the event is over and place trash in bags provided in the packet
Merchandise Sales - Regional merchandise will be available for onsite sales, supplies are limited. Merchandise can be purchased on raceday, accepted are check and cash. Colors:Grey Long and Short Sleeve, Royal Blue Short Sleeve, Royal Blue Hoodie. Prices are as follows: S/S - $20, L/S - $30, Hoodie - $45

Awards - Regional champion and runner-up team plaques and medals for the top three (3) individual finishers will be given.
