Meet Information
Welcome to McDowell High School and our annual McDowell Titan XC Invitational!
We will be hosting the Hoka Postal Nationals at our meet this year. For more information about the Hoka event, please check out their site, Hoka Postal Nationals. Register your team for this event, and you may be able to earn a free pair of shoes.
We will host a traditional 5K race on a challenging course around our campus at McDowell High School. There is a mix of trail and pavement that runners will travel on. The course will start and finish near the entrance to the campus off Highway 70. We will have someone stationed at the 2-mile point to record your athletes' times for the Hoka Event. Buses can park in the lot to the right, going up the hill across from West McDowell Middle School.

Registration is $60 for schools. Individuals wishing to race unaffiliated will pay $10 each.

Medals will be awarded to the top 10 in each event, and other prizes from HOKA.
