SPECTATOR ADMISSION
We are using Ticket Sign Up for mobile ticketing that you can buy ahead of Saturday. We will scan your ticket as you enter the venue. Children 12 and Under are free admission.
The event is open to athletes of all ability. Our goal is for the event to range from athletes looking to chase state or national leading marks, to JV athletes looking to close the season with a PR against a field of athletes with the same season best as them.

Awards for top 3 overall in each distance event as well as team scores for the Mile scoring the event cross country style!
Registration
We will seed using the MileSplit Database using 2026 Personal Best marks. We will weigh seasons best marks heavier than previous season best when seeding. Athletes' season-best and personal best in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m will be considered when seeding heats.
Registration will open on January 1st, 2026 and will close on Saturday, April 11th at 8 PM. While registration will close we will update seeds on Sunday night once that week's results are in the database so updated seasons best are included in the seeding. Please email in any scratches after registration closes so we can accurately build heats and meet schedule.

Due to the size of the meet we will need to add some minimum entry standards to enter the event.
Boys Mile - 5:30
Boys 800m - 2:25
Boys MS 1600m - 6:15
Girls Mile - 6:40
Girls 800m - 2:55
Girls MS 1600m - 6:35
PARKING
You can park at Weddington High School, Weddington Middle School or Weddington Elementary. All are surrounding the track and have different entrances. The high school has the most parking. Gates will be open from the high school and middle school, which is next to the elementary school.

Athlete Bibs
We will provide personalized bibs for all athletes competing in the event.
Entry Fees
Entry fees are $20/athlete per athlete per event. All entry fees must be paid when you enter the meet through MileSplit. You will need a credit card to finish your entries.
Team Max Entry Fees
High School $500
Middle School $300
Middle School and High School fees will be accounted for separately. So a full middle and high school team entering above the max of athletes would exceed $500 and be capped at $750. Boys and girls would be under the same team, so $500 for the combined programs.

800m/Mile - Unlimited Entries/Entry Standard
Middle School 1600m - Unlimited Entries/Entry Standard
PR Running Camp HS 3200m - Unlimited Entries/Entry Standard
Schedule
We plan to have 800m and 3200m races run on Friday starting at 4 PM with 800s followed by 3200s. We'll run the Elite 800s under the lights ahead of the Elite 3200m heats.
Timing
The event will be FAT timed by Trojan Timing and will have live results on MileSplit.Live. We will have scoreboards at the finish line and 200m mark as well as FAT 1600m and Mile results and 400m splits.
T-Shirts
ASICS and Fleet Feet Charlotte will have a merchandise tent with the 2026 Meet Logo. Each shirt purchase will allow for free customization options that will be heat pressed on site!
