This meet will be governed in accordance with North Carolina High School Athletic Association Rules
Entries: Each school is allowed three (3) individuals per event and one (1) relay per school.
Deadline for Entries: Wednesday, February 05, 2025, at 6:00 pm
Clerking: Check for all running events will take place behind the starting line of the 110m hurdles. Please remind your athletes to check in during the first call of their events. Check-in for all field events will take place at the event.
Registration: NC Milesplit
Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.
Starting Heights: Pole Vault - Girls 7-0 | Boys 7-6 (bar raised in 6 increments)
High Jump - Girls 4-2 | Boys 5-6 (bar raised in 2 increments)

Other Information: The finish line area is off-limits to all coaches, athletes, and spectators. Athletes will be allowed to warm up on the in-filed as long as there is NO disruption to any event in competition.

Long Jump (Boys | Girls to follow) - 4 attempts, NO FINAL
Triple Jump will be contested following Long Jump
