This meet will be governed in accordance with
North Carolina High School Athletic Association Rules
Entries: Each school is allowed 6 athletes in events 500m and under. 5 athletes in field events and 6 athletes in events 1000m and up; athletes can compete in a maximum of 4 events, including running, field, and relays.
Deadline for Entries: Monday, December 16, 2024, at 7:00 pm
Registration: NC Milesplit
Throwing Implements must be provided by competing athletes and will be subject to weigh-in before the competition.
Starting Heights: Pole Vault - To be determined (bar raised in 6 increments)
High Jump - To be determined (bar raised in 2 increments)

1:30 pm - Track open for warm-ups
2:30 pm - Coaches Meeting
Rolling Schedule after the start of the meet
3:00 pm - Field Events and 4x800m Relay Start
