Meet Information
The longstanding Knight's Invitational, a premier event in eastern NC, in now in its 21st year. The course layout offers a mixture of grass fields and wood chip trails with a large open starting area and a 300 meter straight-a -way finish. The course is very spectator friendly and is conveniently located just off both I-95 and Rt. 64 for easy access. This venue will be the host site for the 2025 1-A, 2-A, 4-A and 6-A East Regional Cross Country Championships.
The Knight's Invitational is open to any 9-12 grader that is enrolled in a public school system. Entries are limited to 7 runners in Championship races while the Invitational races are unlimited entries. The number of schools participating will be capped at 30 teams per gender to allow for a safe and competitive race environment. Don't delay--register today!
$180 combined men and women or $100 for single team. $30 per individual if incomplete team.

Spectators and parking: Free admittance but there will be $5 per car charge to park at the school
Concession stand will be open with the following items: Gatorade, candy, chips, soda, water and pizza.
Official race T-shirts will be available in cotton and dri-fit.
Pace Yourself Run Co. from Holly Springs will be onsite and selling merchandise, including shoes, chick -n- leg apparel and other running item.
